What to review
Observe a task from beginning to end and identify where information must be repaired or copied. Compare the full workflow with the promised improvement.
A practical example
A new application may shorten one step while adding a separate reporting task. The relevant workload includes both.
Keep the claim in scope
Measure the employee's completed task, not only the speed of an isolated feature.
Research and editorial context
Workplace evidence should identify the employee population and the arrangements being considered. Policies, participation and lived experience are different inputs. These notes explain management questions; they do not constitute legal or clinical advice or create a new employer accreditation.
Examples illustrate a decision and do not describe a named organisation's conduct. This is a reference note, not a new research finding or an award outcome.
