ADNOC, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, is the state-owned energy group of the United Arab Emirates and one of the largest national oil companies in the world. It does not publish consolidated group revenue, but its six listed subsidiaries reported combined revenue of US$51.8 billion in 2025, and its ADNOC Murban bond-issuing entity reported US$5.0 billion in revenue for the first nine months of 2025. That entity is rated AA, in line with the Abu Dhabi sovereign. ADNOC is expanding abroad through its XRG international investment arm and is a familiar consumer brand in the UAE through ADNOC Distribution fuel stations.
