The Bosch story

Robert Bosch opened a workshop for precision mechanics and electrical engineering in Stuttgart in 1886. His magneto ignition system for engines made the company's name in the early days of motoring. Bosch built his business on quality and on fair treatment of employees, and he left most of his wealth to a charitable foundation.
