What to review
Look for an official record identifying the programme and the form of involvement. A photograph with a public figure does not define institutional endorsement.
A practical example
A minister attending an event and a ministry endorsing a programme are different facts. An announcement should explain the documented involvement without broadening it.
Keep the claim in scope
Do not imply regulatory approval or a public mandate from ceremonial association. Verify the specific claim before publishing it.
Research and editorial context
An award claim needs the programme name, assessed entity, category and edition. Read the recognition process with the result. WCRC separates research qualification from optional commercial participation; communications and attendance cannot create or alter a research outcome.
Examples illustrate a decision and do not describe a named organisation's conduct. This is a reference note, not a new research finding or an award outcome.
