Who we are

WCRC Intelligence is published by the World Centre for Research and Consulting, A-44, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. In these terms "we" and "WCRC" mean that organisation, and "the site" means www.wcrcint.com.

What this site is

The site publishes independent research, rankings, editorial analysis and corporate recognitions covering brands, business leaders, workplaces and sustainability. It is a publication. It is not a financial service, an advisory service or a regulated information provider.

Our research is not investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to enter any transaction. Our rankings measure what each methodology says they measure and nothing more.

In particular, the WCRC 1000 ranks companies by equity market capitalisation over a stated measurement window. A high rank is a statement about market value during that window. It is not a view on whether a company is a good investment, well run, financially sound or fairly priced, and it is not the official list of any stock exchange or regulator. Decisions you take on the basis of anything published here are yours alone.

Accuracy

We prepare our research carefully and publish the methodology behind it, including what is measured, what is excluded and why. We do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current or free of error. Research reflects the sources and measurement window stated on the page, and figures that were accurate when published can be overtaken by events.

The site is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on it, from errors or omissions, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

Rankings cannot be bought

No organisation can pay for inclusion in, or position within, a WCRC ranking, and no payment influences a rank. Where a commercial relationship exists with an organisation we cover, including the licensing described below, it does not affect the research outcome.

Using our content

All content on this site — text, research, rankings, analysis, photographs, graphics, logos and the arrangement of it — is owned by WCRC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law. "WCRC", "WCRC Intelligence", "WCRC 1000" and "India's Most Valuable Enterprises" are marks of WCRC.

You may read the site, and you may quote a reasonable extract for journalism, research, comment or teaching, provided you credit WCRC Intelligence and link to the page you took it from. You may not republish substantial parts of our research, reproduce a ranking table in full, sell or redistribute our content, present it as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without our written permission.

Claiming a rank or recognition

If your organisation appears in a WCRC ranking you may state that fact accurately — naming the ranking in full, the edition and the rank or recognition awarded. You may not overstate it, imply an endorsement of your products or services, or suggest a rank you were not given.

Use of a WCRC logo, symbol or award mark in advertising or promotional material is separate and requires a licence. The conditions are set out on our Legal & Disclaimer page and apply in addition to these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, interfere with its operation, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others. Well-behaved search engine and answer engine crawlers are welcome; our robots.txt sets out what is permitted.

Links to other sites

The site links to other WCRC platforms and to third-party sites. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the site.
