WCRC Culture Crest — 2026–27 cycle
How valuable is your workplace?
India's Most Valuable Workplaces measures what a workplace produces, for the people who work there and for the business that employs them, and whether that value is shared fairly enough to last. It is assessed from inside the organisation, on evidence, and published whatever the result.

The definition
A valuable workplace, defined.
A valuable workplace is one where the conditions people work in demonstrably create value, for the people who work there and for the enterprise that employs them, and where that value is distributed fairly enough to be sustained.
Demonstrably
Reputation and intent don't count. The value has to be shown in evidence.
For both
A workplace that is pleasant but produces little doesn't qualify, and neither does one that produces a lot by wearing people out.
Sustained
Value made this quarter at the cost of losing the people next year doesn't count.
EMPLOYEE SURVEY 35% — SYSTEMS AUDIT 25% — VERIFIED OUTCOMES 40%
Two-thirds of every score comes from the organisation's own records, checked three ways.
The WCRC Workplace Value Index
Ten parameters. Fifty-five indicators.
Each parameter answers one question about the workplace and is measured through five or six named indicators. Weights sit between 9% and 11%, so no single parameter can carry the score. Parameters 6 to 10 form the WCRC Equity Index.
