Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons is Canada's most iconic quick-service restaurant brand and part of Restaurant Brands International. In 2025 the Tim Hortons segment reported revenue of US$4.25bn, and system-wide sales were US$7.57bn. WCRC's research found the brand strongest in market goodwill, with strong Canadian affinity, and in digital presence, with strong loyalty-app usage in Canada. Coverage in Canada is very high but modest abroad. Its record is mostly clean apart from a 2022 privacy commissioner finding on app tracking. The financial side is the more constrained: its parent, Restaurant Brands International, carries heavy debt, with a rating in the BB range.
