WCRC Researched Brand · World's Most Powerful Brands 2026 · Second Global Mega Edition
7-Eleven
7-Eleven is the world's largest convenience-store chain by store count, operated under Seven & i Holdings of Japan, with its United States business run as 7-Eleven, Inc. Seven & i reported revenue of JPY10.43tn for the year ended 28 February 2026, down 12.9% because of deconsolidations, with record net income of JPY292.7bn. The 7NOW and loyalty apps give it a large but fragmented digital presence across regions. WCRC's research found the brand strongest in media presence, helped by global ubiquity and wide coverage of the Couche-Tard takeover approach in 2024 and 2025, and in financial health. Customer loyalty is strong in Japan, while perceptions in the United States are more mixed.
